WHAT IS BIBIMBAP?
Our menu was created by Bap and Chicken’s founder, John Gleason, who was adopted from South Korea as an infant and raised in Minnesota. The ingredients we use, the flavors we combine, and the food and drink we serve tell the story of his life as a Korean-American.
We all have our own stories—it’s what makes life more interesting and food more delicious. These stories are also a way to connect to one another; sharing food, conversation and experiences with family and friends is one of life’s greatest pleasures.
